Elburn speaks letter one:

On the FIVE Program, Jessica Tarlov mentioned the comment from one of the “White Dudes for Harris” podcast. She repeated the words of a man who said, ‘that his daughter was less free than his mother’, regarding the Abortion issue that the Democrats are pushing onto our Country.

Does anyone else see the absurdity of his statement?  If his mother chose ‘her freedom’ to kill her child, he would not be alive!!! Nor would his daughter!!!!

Her freedom to “choose”, would have ‘extinguished his life’, leaving a big hole in his family, his friends and acquaintances!!

Those who are alive and can read this, need to thank their birth mother (and father). BTW, also include thanks to the birth mother of Steve Jobs! She made her ‘choice’ to bring her child into our world. Her child was adopted. Now think of the contributions of this one life!

Next, think of your life without Apple or cell phones if she ‘chose to extinguish’ the life of Steve Jobs.

Finally, think of the millions of other lives that have been extinguished by abortion.

Choosing LIFE allows God’s Plan to enhance OUR life.

Choosing to extinguish one life diminishes thousands and even millions of lives!!!

Choosing abortion is choosing paganism. Christians need to think before voting for anyone who supports abortion!!

Elburn speaks letter 2:

To vote or not to vote? That is the question

As a Precinct Committeeman over the past several weeks, I have had the opportunity to speak with a number of people (voters) regarding their concerns about issues to be addressed in the upcoming elections.

One issue that pops up often (from Republicans) is that they just can’t bring themselves to vote for Donald Trump. They have very little trouble explaining why: He’s loathsome. He attacks people personally. He’s a name caller. He misrepresents. Etc., etc., etc. Their feelings cannot be denied or minimized because their feelings ARE theirs. And if we’re honest many of these accusations have a basis upon which they exist.

What results from this is that many of these people may not vote for either president OR down-ballot. They face the question: “To vote or not to vote”? So, what’s the solution to this dilemma? You have to dig a little deeper.

Believe it or not, 80-90% of most buying decisions are made on emotion and emotions are largely if not entirely synonymous with feelings. This brings up an interesting quandary. The quandary is that there are two issues at stake in making our decisions as to whom to vote for. There’s the emotional side and there’s the issues or policy side. On the feeling side we respond to “I don’t like”, or “I hate”, or he’s a this or that”, or some reason that makes us feel good or bad about our decisions. On the other hand, issues or policies deal mostly with outcomes; outcomes that affect not only us but our families, friends and nation as a whole; my taxes go up, food costs too much, there’s too much crime, our country is seriously threatened by other nations, etc., etc.

So, voters need to make what for many might be a very difficult decision; to vote with their own personal feelings which in the end will make them feel justified or satisfied, or to vote based upon the welfare of the nation, state or local community. Perhaps another, crasser, way to say it would be “what’s more important, my feelings or the welfare of the country?”

Any voter on the fence needs to give this serious consideration and then be willing to live with the accompanying consequences.

A federal lawsuit filed by attorney Rick Jaffe is challenging the legal foundation of the CDC’s vaccine recommendation process—and its outcome could dramatically reshape how vaccines are mandated and promoted in Kane County, Illinois. At the center of the lawsuit is the CDC’s Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP), which recommends vaccines for children and adults. These recommendations are widely adopted by state health departments and school systems. However, the lawsuit alleges that ACIP’s procedures violate federal law, particularly the Federal Advisory Committee Act (FACA), which requires transparency, public access, and balanced representation in federal advisory bodies. ⚖️ Key Allegations Against the CDC and ACIP Lack of Legal Authority: The lawsuit claims ACIP is not legally authorized to make binding recommendations that lead to mandates, especially for children. Violation of FACA: Plaintiffs argue that ACIP fails to meet FACA’s standards for public accountability, including open meetings and proper documentation. Conflicts of Interest: The suit highlights that ACIP members may have financial ties to pharmaceutical companies, undermining the integrity of their recommendations. No Public Input: The process by which vaccines are added to the childhood schedule allegedly lacks meaningful public engagement or scientific debate. 🧨 National Impact If the Lawsuit Succeeds If the court rules in favor of the plaintiffs, the CDC’s vaccine schedule could be declared legally invalid. This would: Strip federal agencies of their ability to influence state-level mandates. Force states to independently justify vaccine requirements without relying on CDC guidance. Create a legal precedent for challenging other federal advisory committees operating outside FACA compliance. 🏘️ What This Means for Kane County, Illinois Kane County’s public health policies—including school vaccine requirements—are shaped by Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) guidelines, which in turn rely heavily on CDC/ACIP recommendations. A successful lawsuit could: Disrupt School Mandates: Local districts like St. Charles 303 and Geneva 304 may need to revisit vaccine requirements for enrollment. Empower Parental Rights Advocates: The legal challenge strengthens calls to post the Illinois Certificate of Religious Exemption form alongside other required documents, ensuring equal access and informed consent. Reinforce Local Legal Efforts: It could bolster arguments made in the 2021 Kane County lawsuit filed by school employees opposing vaccine/testing mandates. Shift Health Department Strategy: The Kane County Health Department may need to revise its public messaging and policy framework to reflect a more localized, transparent approach. 🔍 A Turning Point for Transparency and Autonomy This lawsuit is more than a legal technicality—it’s a challenge to centralized authority in public health. Advocates argue that families, not federal agencies, should make medical decisions for their children. If the courts agree, Kane County could become a model for restoring local control, informed consent, and parental rights in vaccine policy.
