IL has steadily lost population over the past decade.

Almost all net growth in population is due to illegal migrants who become dependents on the state for food, shelter, schooling and health care.

The disparity of people leaving IL versus new residents creates major problems for the state.  Issues include loss of valuable talent and skills, people who engaged with the community, continuity of local culture and potential loss of taxable income.

For the past two decades, IL has lost billions of tax dollars due to medium and high-income people leaving IL.
