What’s at stake for Kane County families?

The federal PREP Act strips away accountability for harm caused by emergency-use medical products—including COVID-19 vaccines and tests. That means if your child, neighbor, or loved one in Kane County suffers an injury, there’s no legal recourse. No lawsuits. No justice. No transparency.

Why it matters here:

  • Kane County residents deserve informed consent and protection—not blanket immunity for billion-dollar corporations.
  • Our local health department promotes emergency-use products, yet fails to disclose the legal shield behind them.
  • Parents in St. Charles, Elgin, Aurora, and beyond are being pressured into decisions without full disclosure of risks or rights.

Support H.R. 4388 – The PREP Repeal Act Representative Thomas Massie’s bill would restore the right to sue when harmed by emergency-use products. It’s a critical step toward medical accountability and restoring civil liberties.

Take Action Locally:

  • 📞 Call your U.S. House Representative and demand support for H.R. 4388.
  • ✍️ Sign the petition from Stand for Health Freedom to urge Congress to repeal the PREP Act.

  • Uphold informed consent by ensuring residents understand both benefits and risks before vaccination.
  • 📣 Share your story—personal experiences from Kane County move votes and wake up policymakers.

Let’s make sure Kane County isn’t left voiceless. Repealing the PREP Act isn’t just a national issue—it’s a local fight for justice, transparency, and parental rights.

The assassination of Charlie Kirk has galvanized a community. Ironically, the day before 9/11, free speech advocate, Charlie Kirk, was gunned down at Utah Valley University while being invited to debate college students at the school. Many Kane taxpayers rallied, calling for a prayer vigil on the steps of the Kane County Government center in Geneva. The service, which lasted almost an hour, brought less than 100 people together for prayer in less than two hours after his assassination. The attendees, which included tax payers and Kane County officials, prayed for peace in an age of less tolerance. In a county bereft of strong leaders, many commented that it was refreshing to see leaders attend as well as pray for the Kirk family, their family, the nation and the citizens of Kane County. Kane County Speaks prays for the Kirk family as they mourn the loss of their young husband and father.

A fiery Senate hearing on September 9, 2025, has reignited national scrutiny over vaccine safety and scientific transparency. Attorney Aaron Siri, a leading vaccine litigation expert, testified before the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee, revealing a suppressed study that found significantly higher rates of chronic illness among vaccinated children compared to their unvaccinated peers. Key Findings from the Henry Ford Health Study Conducted between 2000 and 2016, the study tracked 18,468 children and uncovered alarming disparities: Vaccinated children were: 3× more likely to develop allergic diseases 4.3× more likely to develop asthma 5.5× more likely to suffer neurodevelopmental disorders 6× more likely to develop autoimmune diseases ADHD, learning disabilities, and tics were found exclusively in the vaccinated cohort By age 10, only 43% of vaccinated children remained free of chronic illness—compared to 83% of unvaccinated children Despite its robust design, the study was never published. Researchers feared professional retaliation, with one admitting she “did not want to make doctors uncomfortable”. Why This Matters for Kane County This revelation lands squarely in the heart of ongoing debates in Kane County about informed consent, parental rights, and transparency in public health policy. Here's how it intersects with local concerns: 1. Informed Consent and Public Access Kane County residents recently celebrated a major win: the Illinois Certificate of Religious Exemption is now posted on the Health Department’s website. This Senate testimony underscores why such transparency is vital. If studies like this remain buried, parents cannot make truly informed decisions. 2. Local Health Department Accountability The testimony challenges the assumption that CDC-endorsed vaccines are inherently safe. Kane County’s Health Department must now grapple with whether its materials and outreach reflect the full spectrum of scientific debate—or merely echo federal talking points. 3. School-Based Health Mandates With Illinois schools increasingly involved in mental health screenings and vaccine compliance, this study raises urgent questions about the long-term health impacts of mandated medical interventions. Kane County advocates may push for more robust opt-out provisions and clearer disclosure of risks. 4. Empowering Parental Autonomy The suppressed data fuels calls for parental empowerment. Kane County families deserve access to all relevant research—not just what aligns with government or pharmaceutical interests. What’s Next for Kane County Advocates? This moment offers a strategic opening: Public Comment Campaigns : Use this testimony to demand that Kane County Health Department acknowledge and address suppressed research in its public materials. Community Forums : Host events to educate residents on the study’s findings and implications for local policy. Legislative Outreach : Urge state and county officials to support transparency laws that protect whistleblowers and mandate disclosure of unpublished health data. https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2025/09/watch-audience-erupts-as-vaccine-lawsuit-expert-aaron/

A groundbreaking federal lawsuit is challenging the legal and scientific foundation of the CDC’s childhood vaccine program, alleging that the agency has never tested the cumulative safety of its 72-dose schedule. Filed by Dr. Paul Thomas, Dr. Kenneth Stoller, and the nonprofit Stand for Health Freedom, the suit could have sweeping implications for parental rights, medical freedom, and public health policy—especially in communities like Kane County, Illinois. The Core Allegations The plaintiffs argue that the CDC and FDA have failed to conduct long-term safety studies on the full vaccine schedule, despite warnings from the Institute of Medicine dating back to 2002. Key claims include: No cumulative safety testing of the full childhood vaccine schedule. Failure to file required biennial safety reports to Congress since 1998. Retaliation against dissenting doctors , including license suspensions for publishing research or issuing exemptions. Constitutional violations , including infringement on free speech, bodily autonomy, and due process. The lawsuit seeks to reclassify all childhood vaccines to Category B , which would shift decision-making power to families and physicians. It also demands rigorous safety studies comparing vaccinated and unvaccinated children, and legal protections for doctors who issue medical exemptions based on individualized assessments. Kane County Implications For residents of Kane County—especially those engaged in local health policy and parental rights advocacy—this lawsuit could be a turning point. Supports Local Wins : The recent success in getting the Illinois Certificate of Religious Exemption posted on the Kane County Health Department website aligns with the lawsuit’s push for transparency and informed consent. Empowers Parents : If the lawsuit succeeds, families in districts like St. Charles 303 and Geneva 304 may gain easier access to medical exemptions and more autonomy in vaccine decisions. Protects Local Physicians : Doctors in Kane County who advocate for personalized care could be shielded from professional retaliation. Challenges Centralized Mandates : The case reinforces local efforts to resist one-size-fits-all public health policies, especially in schools and youth programs. What’s Next? This lawsuit adds momentum to a growing national conversation about medical freedom and government accountability. For Kane County advocates, it’s an opportunity to amplify local voices, educate the community, and push for policies that respect parental rights and bodily autonomy. Whether you're drafting public comments, organizing outreach, or preparing for school board meetings, this case offers powerful legal and ethical framing to support your message.
