US House passes School Choice Bill

WASHINGTON, DC – Today, Invest in Education Coalition (IIEC), a national organization dedicated to advancing school choice at the federal level, commends the House of Representatives for passing a federal tax credit for private donations for K-12 scholarships also known as the Educational Choice for Children Act as part of President Trump’s One, Big, Beautiful Bill. Jason Smith (R-MO-08), as Chairman of the House Ways and Means Committee, played a key role in including the ECCA in the tax package that the Committee passed out last week.
